the hotel is close to gardens, offering a pleasant view from the room. covent garden and the strand are a short walk away. the location is central but peaceful. the staff members were helpful (they answered all my questions).
showers are available, but the rooms do not include bathtubs.

The front desk ladies, odette and maria, gave us amazing hospitality. I'm so thankful for their kindness. The underground stop is just around the corner from the hotel. Moving through the city is easy. I enjoyed the netflix connection so my son could binge-watch his shows.
The room had noise from the air conditioning and the lobby wasn't very big, but it wasn't a huge issue.

The hotel is a few meters from holborn station. This makes traveling very easy. The hotel faces a park. Waking up and seeing it is nice. I found these aspects very advantageous.

The location was acceptable.
The room's decor felt strangely old fashioned. The shower had a shower curtain I found very dated. I also thought the seating area in the room was strange.

the location suited my needs just fine.
I was pretty annoyed. my room was not cleaned every day. It was only every other day. if i had known that, i might have picked a different hotel. also, they charge a deposit, like 50 pounds, in case you take something from the room (i didn't need that headache).
